All those articles talk about are distribution of supplies, which he left to the states to manage. While the articles mention differences in distribution amongst states, there is zero indication in either article that trump played favorites.
This thread is about a federal fund intended for allocation to states for infrastructure projects, and to you it’s ok if the Biden admin rejects projects from red states, and then blames those states for” incompetence” directly caused by said rejection. |
