California IOUs ==> breach of contract?

Sure, California is paying a little interest, but I don't see how unilaterally offering to pay a little interest gets them out of breach of contract claims. I haven't looked at it, but I would be very interested to see if SI is waived for a statutory cause of action like Wage Claim. Maybe it is. But I would love to take it and try to certify that class. |

Beginning of California correcting itself:
1) Constitutional convention to revise the Constitution to eliminate the initiative process 2) Removing term limits on state legislators |

I know people are all down on term limits in CA, and I understand why, but getting rid of them has its own set of downsides. Cite: Boxer & Feinstien and their ugly, plastic surgery enhanced faces and the fact that they're going to be CA's Strom Thrumonds. |
