Date: February 8th, 2025 1:26 PM Author: razzle-dazzle dilemma I can't recall the reasoning off the top of my head. Something to do with a lower dose of aspirin having blood-thinning effects that don't occur at higher dosages if I recall correctly. I'll ask my fiancee and report back.
edit: she said that you were supposed to take a baby aspirin daily, but new research just came out suggesting that's all bullshit. at the first sign of a heart attack, you're still supposed to take a baby aspirin, but not a full aspirin because the anti-coagulation effects are too much at 325mg but perfect at 81mg |

acetaminophen is like eggs where it constantly goes back and forth on whether it's super good for you or super bad. i've heard that the "take 1 a day" used to be conventional wisdom, and recently i read something about how if it was discovered today there's no way it would be OTC. |
