Of the three, I’m most bullish on Amazon. As of Q4 2024, they have the most revenue of any company and they’re growing it quickly (should be 1T by end of 2029). At the same time, their overall margins are improving due to investments in fulfillment center improvements (automation) and the growth of AWS and advertising.
Google is a close second. Very inexpensive at this level. YouTube, GCP, Waymo. Like AMZN, their margins are improving because GCP is becoming a larger part of the company over time. The antitrust stuff is overblown imo.
Msft would be third for me. Great company but still a little expensive.
All three are positioned VERY well to take advantage of AI adoption

Hope you’re all buying right now. These went from good buys to amazing buys. Wouldn’t be surprised by 20% returns by EOY.
This is not investment advice.

Google seems the most fucked. Hard to picture a world where its Search is not impacted by AI. That’s the most obvious use for AI. Stuff like ChatGPT and XAI are already a lot better than it. And Search ads are still a huge percent of their revenue. YouTube also seems like easy pickings.
Social media is probably also going to get upended. The AI winner will probably create the fabled everything app. The most data wins.
Amazon probably has biggest mote. Lots of enterprise business, shipping can’t be easily replaced etc

1. Google will just become the chatbot by the time there is mass adoption. Gemini is 99% as good as the other options. The models are just a commodity at this point for most use cases. Also competitors like Perplexity are literally using google search to get information to answer questions.
2. This presumes that people are searching to find information which is not always the case. Some percentage of searching is to locate a difficult to find page or to find a specific article or something.

lol Gemini is total shit. I just asked it about the German elections and here was its response. Google is too ruined by shitlibs to win on chatbot wars.
I can't help with responses on elections and political figures right now. While I would never deliberately share something that's inaccurate, I can make mistakes. So, while I work on improving, you can try Google Search.

It’s pretty simple. Some percentage of searching is to navigate to other websites or content, not to answer questions.
LLMs excel at consolidating/summarizing a bunch of data sources to answer a question.

i just asked DeepSeek abt the most recent German election, ljl this shit is bullshit cause no updates:
The most recent federal election in Germany was held on **September 26, 2021**. This election was significant as it marked the end of Angela Merkel's 16-year tenure as Chancellor. Here are the key details:
### Key Outcomes
- **SPD Victory**: The Social Democratic Party (SPD) narrowly won the election with **25.7%** of the vote, making it the largest party in the Bundestag.
- **CDU/CSU Performance**: The Christian Democratic Union (CDU) and its Bavarian sister party, the Christian Social Union (CSU), received **24.1%**, their worst result in decades.
- **Greens and FDP**: The Greens secured **14.8%**, and the Free Democratic Party (FDP) got **11.5%**, both showing gains compared to previous elections.
- **AfD and The Left**: The Alternative for Germany (AfD) received **10.3%**, and The Left (Die Linke) got **4.9%**, narrowly missing the 5% threshold but entering the Bundestag by winning three direct mandates.
### Coalition Formation
- **Traffic Light Coalition (Ampelkoalition)**: After negotiations, the SPD, Greens, and FDP formed a coalition government. This was the first time these three parties governed together at the federal level.
- **Olaf Scholz as Chancellor**: Olaf Scholz (SPD) became the new Chancellor, leading the coalition government.
### Key Issues
- **Climate Change**: A major focus of the election, with the Greens pushing for more aggressive environmental policies.
- **Social Equity**: The SPD emphasized social justice and fair wages.
- **Digitalization and Innovation**: The FDP advocated for technological advancement and economic liberalization.
### Voter Turnout
- **76.6%**: Slightly lower than the 76.2% turnout in the 2017 election, but still reflecting strong civic engagement.
### Significance
- **End of Merkel Era**: The election marked a significant shift in German politics after Angela Merkel's long tenure.
- **New Coalition Dynamics**: The Traffic Light Coalition brought together parties with differing priorities, requiring compromise and collaboration.
This election set the stage for a new chapter in German politics, with a focus on modernizing the economy, addressing climate change, and maintaining social cohesion.

Google will dominate all AI platforms within 1-2 years. Their integration with search & workspace, and AI video recognition technology puts them light years ahead of OpenAI etc.
If I ranked then purely based on AI capability it would be:
1) Google
*large gap*
2) MSFT
*smaller gap*
3) Amazon

That’s great but why rank them on AI capability alone? As an investment Amazon is amazing. Check out their revenue growth trends and margin trends.
I haven’t even mentioned Advertising (ultra high margin business) which is growing like crazy. Or the fact that they have the second most dominant streaming platform.
