What are the odds the founders created a system capable of surviving an advanced technological society? The odds that a system created in the late 1700s can manage a world with advanced technology that couldn’t be conceived of back then?

What does it matter the constitution has never stopped the gov from doing anything

E.g. doesn’t it say that the exec is supposed to get a declaration of war from congress everyone just ignores that

And the 14th am means states can’t say men can’t marry each other and also says men pretending to be women can’t be discriminated against

And the 1st am protects porn and all kinds of offensive stuff
