Rate this court clerks explanation for why a motion is not on calendar

Date: January 6th, 2025 3:50 PM Author: Emotionally + Physically Abusive Ex-Husband Backstory: we filed a motion for leave to amend, set for hearing this Friday, but then I noticed on the court's weekly calendar that our motion doesn't appear for that date, so I emailed the CRD to ask why. And she replied:
"When the motion was filed on the docket the motion hearing was not set on our court calendar. That’s an issue. The hearing was not set on our calendar and that’s the reason the hearing is not set on our calendar."
Can someone with an IQ between 80 and 100 explain what this means? |

I once had a clerk refuse to issue a summons because she didn't think we would have enough time to serve it before an initial hearing in the case. As if it were her job to act like a judge and weigh in on the litigation. That was the only time I actually yelled at court personnel before but I was ready to basically shoot her.
She eventually issued her after I yelled and threatened and called her stupid. I could have probably been disciplined but i just fucking hate court personnel who add hours to your week becuase they are retarded. |
