former co-worker made slanderous remark about me

if she accused of doing something that you never did (ie., I saw ........,,,..., doing drugs), then you might be able to get a judgment. If she said, "I saw ........,,,.,,, acting crazy", then you won't.
Either way, you're not going to get much if any damages. |
