The whole appeal of a city is that it tends to have more things to do and more options than a suburb or rural area. If you don't have that, what's the point of putting up with the downsides of city living? |

Detroit has good sports team, a great international airport, enough of an economic backbone, and many fewer tern criminals than it used to have. Plus its wildly affordable and sits on one of are greatest national treasures. |
