Should we hire a part-time nanny to help WFH wife?

ideally it's personal referrals.
it not, local "[your city] moms" facebook groups have actually done well for us.
we now have more experience screening people and figuring out who would be good, but in the beginning it's hard interviewing people and knowing if they'll be good.
if your wife WFHs, she'll have a good eye on what's going on and you can fire the girl if she sucks. |
