The price itself isn't so bad, under 500k$. But the condo fee is at least $3 per sqft. In nyc maintenance+tax is about the same.. dubai with its super cheap Bangladeshi labor force obviously lookin for suckered. They'll keep raising condo fees until it's not even worth it to buy an apt for $1. |

For example a doctor or accountant working remotely from dubai for a London hospital would save 50% in taxes.
