The point is you cant just do mild dry fasts, CICO, or mild working out, you have to 'crest over' the gravity of it + avoid double whammy of insane GC processed slop, which basically means never allowing anything processed into ur stomach & working out fulltime, its just insurmountable
everything is poison and if u have a sedentary shitjerb, you dont have enough hours in the day to get sleep + work out enough, our lifestyles just dont make sense, u cant fight this while sitting at a desk 8hrs a day for jews + having insane lab sloop shoveled down ur throat by GC

You have to stop eating heavily processed foods. If you just make all of your food at home and don’t use bread or pasta or carby crap like that or processed boxed foods, you will stop all weight gain.
If you reduce how much you eat in addition to first item you will start to lose weight—fast.
If you exercise regularly while losing weight you’ll feel better and be less depressed while you shed your lbs.

Yeah true, but the results are frustrating. I eat a lot info Shabbat and sometimes am up 5 pounds from Friday morning to Sunday morning, and even if I eat a lot on Sunday, I lose weight when I weigh in ok monday.

I agree with most of this except the med diet isn’t high carb. It’s very balanced with a moderate amount of good quality carbs. Overall it’s pretty low in terms of breads and grains because you’re having so much protein and veggies

A big part of it is learning to be comfortable with being hungry. Also remove your emotional connection with food - it’s fuel for your body, not an emotional support.
