Date: September 2nd, 2010 10:19 PM Author: Well-lubricated kitchen not yet at all. just inane research and the occasional discovery motion. last week I literally researched old corps in the D&B and Lexis 8 hours a day for the week.
will stay for another year, hopefully move to either biglaw as a fourth year or to the agency that my component works for. i.e. Antitrust DOJ Component -> SEC/FTC or whatever. They seem to have lots more fun over at the agencies, easier schedules not dictated by court deadlines, etc. DOJ just isn't the experience I thought it would be.
I don't regret it because the firm no-offered just about everyone, so I likely would be jobless right now had I done that. |
