Worked out this AM, had a decent breakfast. Took first shot (0.25mg). Working from home today. Decided to make lunch - prepared tuna salad. Eating it felt weird - I only finished about half a can. No bread. Feel full without any desire to snack or anything. This stuff only really kicks in fully in a day or so, and you really need to increase doses to have the full effect. But many seem to report lower appetite within hours like I have. I may have the rest for dinner, and that may be it for the day.
Looking to lose about 50lbs in 4 months. I think that is doable as long as I keep up with cardio and weight lifting. Need to figure out how to get more protein though (will likely start shakes)

Being a fan of good food and good alcohol
I have worked out consistently since high school, so just a lot of calories. Some people like to eat. Also I carry weight pretty well, so people are always surprised when they hear the actual lbs
FWIW, at weights from 210 to 225 are when I actively get hit on by women, if that is any indicator

That’s a bodybuilding target. For maintenance in a significant caloric deficit, that’s probably going to be too much (especially if you can’t eat that much). I’m starting at 125-150 grams and going from there.
Two eggs and fruit for breakfast this AM
Cup of soup for lunch
Chicken breast and broccoli for dinner

1 week in, weighed in at 243 this AM, down 6 lbs. Took second shot earlier today. Looking forward to getting on the next higher dose for faster losses. Hard to eat lunch today.
Workouts since first shot:
Chest+Triceps
Exercise bike (spin class)
Exercise bike (spin class)
Back+Biceps
Treadmill intervals
Tomorrow is legs+shoulders at 5:15 AM
Thursday is chest+triceps at 5:15 AM
Friday rest
Saturday back on the bike
Sunday back on the bike
Monday back+biceps
Tuesday treadmill intervals
Will poast next update after I go up in dosage

Running is easier - each lb you are lighter makes it easier. Biking has been a bit tougher but I expect that to get better. Lifting is a bit tougher but I expect that to be mitigated by consistency
