Mexicans: they are mostly chill but Spanish sucks and they are too dumb to learn English. Quality of life issue where there are too many of them. Mostly chill but they 100% have to stop blasting their shitty music. They have no concern for their neighbors and community and cannot think on a macro level about society. If they cut out the garbage songs it would go a long way. You would think just be courteous was easy but it eludes these people.
