it is pretty incredible how obviously superior CFA's service strategy is: hire significantly more people to make the ordering and delivery process seamless and fast -> profit bigly from more regular customers who much prefer that level of service.
Most fast food places are seriously understaffed and it shows.
Also can't put a price on hiring people who are more cheerful
