Separately the education funding is super generous and a lot of it is in the form of grants to individuals who want to get into the field. They give priority to minorities but I think that's the best thing we can do for them. A lot of the training is going to be vo-tec type stuff, not necessarily 4 year degrees or even STEM per se. As long as you can tie it to semiconductor supply chains it should be eligible.
