Representing a poor, rural dude whose land was stolen by a preacher that his family members named as power of attorney. Trying to get the jury to throw out the deed and declare him the owner.
Evidence was presented over about a day and a half. Jury has been deliberating for about three hours now. Any insights that I should draw from length of deliberations? They're still going.
