You’ll be the primary point of contact coordinating across internal teams and liaising with opposing counsel to keep momentum. I’ll need you to stay hyper-proactive on deliverables, track all outstanding diligence items, and ensure the conditions checklist stays clean and on schedule.

Please start by pressure-testing the purchase agreement and ancillary docs against the latest risk allocation parameters. The client is especially sensitive to post-closing exposure. Also, ensure the credit support annex is harmonized with the facility terms; the bankers are already flagging inconsistencies.

I’m expecting you to drive weekly workstreams, push back where needed, and escalate bottlenecks early. Client expects seamless execution, no surprises. Assume you’ll need to prep a redline for sign-off by end of week, with interim status updates to me daily.
