And likely a ratio of each partner’s ratio. Ie the metrics of < 10 times a year or 6+ months with no sex conflate wildly different risk levels using a random cut off. But eg a dude who fucks his wife every 6 weeks but then jizzes 100 times by himself between each fuck is demonstrating a much higher drive and risk of unmet needs v a guy who jerks off in the shower a few times in between once every 6 weeks wife-fuckings. It’s also going to correlate with various other risk factors ie he has to stay up late or otherwise find time alone to nut 2+ times a day v once every two weeks. I’d expect the same logic to hold up for women, except the risk thresholds would be an order of magnitude lower, so eg if 20 solo sessions between sex events was identified as the threshold over which a husband is more likely to cheat and otherwise reflect negative outcomes related to a dead bedroom, for a wife that’s more like 2 solo sessions.
Does that correspond to a drop in your ratio of solos to wife fucks? And if so would you say your degree of dissatisfaction with your sex life has also reduced?

I've been in severe marital distress and still fucking daily for almost a year. It's calmed down now but last year was terrible. Never once did it interrupt the sex routine.
