1) This will be based on an honor system - do not lie and say that you still haven't done work, when in fact you are briefing cases like a 1L gunner. In fact, even if you have merely cracked a casebook and read one sentence, you have done work for the purposes of this game.

2) Extraneous (i.e., non-class-related work) does not count. For example, the following is permissible: journal or clinic related work; studying for the MPRE; completing a short written assignment that must be handed in during the semester (this is class-related, but it can't be avoided). Work that counts is any work in preparation for day-to-day class and/or finals. That means reading, outlining, etc.

3) It is not necessary for everyone to poast every day (although you may) - the point is merely to see who is the last to poast a good-faith claim to have done no work

4) The last person to poast, closest to finals, WINS.
