Date: May 23rd, 2024 1:23 PM Author: Nighttime stag film doctorate I'm changing my prediction to Trump is fucked because the Judge didn't let the FEC expert testify and didn't let the jury instructions reflect that an Oct payment wouldn't have been reported before the election. The entire premise of the case is this was a Federal crime to sway the election which is demonstrably false but the Judge didn't let them prove that.
Honestly, I would be very surprised if this ruling and the letting Stormy testify about sex ruling don't force the appellate court to reverse (see what just happened in NY with Weinstein). Of course a reversal in 2 years does Trump no good and the prosecutor got what he came for. |

And don't tell me they haven't made this argument, because it literally is what they've made this entire case about. |

Second, the ledger entry is a tiny little box. It doesn’t allow you to write a novel. They didn’t label it “vehicle purchase” or “construction costs”.
