Freshman year (4 years ago) my son was arrested for trespassing and possession of a fake id. These charges were later dropped before his court date. About a year ago he was given a ticket and charged with resisting arrest which he plead not guilty to and had dropped. This past week he was charged with trespassing for hopping a fence into a bar.
I am wondering if all this is going to be an issue whenhe apies to law school this upcoming December. If you have any insight I’d love to hear it.

Dear Perturbed Puma:
Your son needs to ask himself whether being a lawyer is the right career for him in light of his clear disregard for our Nation's laws. Lawyers are held to the highest ethical -- and legal -- standards of conduct, and unless your son is willing to grow up quickly and quit behaving as an outlaw, I feel another educational path, like chiropractic, would be more suitable for him.
