And then have an option whether to use 35weeks off per year or to do some extra work 6am-11am on top of that. But just keeping this 7on-14off 6am-9pm I could have a significant bump to my current salary and still get good night sleep. Right now I work nights. Would it be possible to actually add more hours if I do that?
