The similarities are striking:

1. Almost certainly, both have Asperger's. Good enough looking that it doubles the weirdness.

2. Privileged backgrounds, but fight for social justice out of an autistic, OCD fairness drive.

3. Fluent both in online and offline culture.

4. Computer programmers.

5. Very similar reading patterns.

Of course, MOC only wrote a book in which a brown lesbian version of himself murders corporate executives (and saves the world) whereas Luigi actually IRL'd it, so Luigi wins.
