Everyday the ice cream machine has to be deactivated and taken apart and the parts have to be cleaned.
If they aren't cleaned, then the machine goes into a stasis lock. Once in stasis lock you still have to take the machine apart to clean it.
Howver, you can't do that during a lunch rush, thus you get told, "Ice Cream Machine is down" until someone can take it apart and clean everything. |
