Groups of biologically overlapping humans ("ethnicities") are pockets of extropy; 'human' meaning carved out of the universe. It takes generations for them to be organically formed. You cannot just throw random people from random parts of the world together and get ethnogenesis. They do not share the countless tiny tendrils of overlapping biology, formed by their shared local environment and circumstances, that can be slowly merged together over generations of interaction and interbreeding
Globalism, miscegenation, and transhumanism are all existential threats to human ethnic diversity and therefore human meaning. The greatest threat from the modern technological age is that it will *destroy all human meaning, permanently*. There is no undoing the shredding of ethnic groups. Once they're gone, they're gone forever. Dead end polities and civilizational arrangements can always be replaced. But biology can't. A future made up of masses of deracinated mystery meat or artificially constructed "transhumans" is just death. The death of human meaning
