It is still sort of weird about speed and behavior. Sometimes it will go 63 in a 65 with no cars around and sometimes it will go 45 in a 35 weaving through cars. All while in "Chill" mode. My parents have an older Model Y with a HW3 computer and I can definitively say HW4 is much better. Although HW3 fucks too in the most recent update. Hurry mode has been great for me.
