Everyone had to do this and then we had a group discussion where we told everyone else their Clifton Strengths and talk about what we thought about them. In reality, it is basically a team building exercise where everyone is on a call together and talking about their personalities and what they think works for them and their personalities. But then you have some people that were arguing about their results and why they're nothing like that or whatever. Some people were upset about it days later. Others added it to their email sigs.
