Is listing "Clifton Strengths™ " in email sigs now normal?

LMAO, we did this. The weirdest part was seeing people get really upset over their Clifton Strengths.

Which aspect in particular? Everyone had to do this and then we had a group discussion where we told everyone else their Clifton Strengths and talk about what we thought about them. In reality, it is basically a team building exercise where everyone is on a call together and talking about their personalities and what they think works for them and their personalities. But then you have some people that were arguing about their results and why they're nothing like that or whatever. Some people were upset about it days later. Others added it to their email sigs.

It is exactly like people fighting a "which house from Harry Potter" quiz. Now imagine seasoned professionals on the verge of tears over it. I don't remember what they were at all. I don't remember what mine were.
