Apparently he lightly slapped/choked the heifer (as you would to any millennial woman); she argues that she never consented to this. Proceeds to hire some renowned Title IX lawyer and has him cut down with relative ease. He wasn't able to have her cross-examined and he couldn't bring in the testimony of the people who she confided her regret to immediately after the act. Why does Title IX still exist in Trump's America? |

Usually these "investigations" are more concerned with protecting the university from liability rather than justice. And expelling a medical student right before graduation after cashing all his tuition checks is a massive lawsuit waiting to happen. I doubt the university takes that step unless there is pretty overwhelming evidence of guilt. I feel bad for this bro, but even if everything really was 100% consensual, choking your drunken hookup shows extremely poor judgment.
