Lemmy died on 28 December 2015, less than seven weeks after Taylor[11] and on 10 January 2016 "Fast Eddie" Clarke also died.[12]

What of Phil “Philthy Animal” Taylor?
Edit - For some reason I thought he was still alive. RIP.

Lemmy did speed and coke but never even tried heroin. The early band members were all on speed and pushed an anti-heroin message in the 70s when Zeppelin and the Stones were all doing heroin. Stone Dead Forever is Lemmy offering his opinion on junkies.
Separately, he didn't think speed was for everyone. So if you weren't cut out for speed, there were no drugs you could do that were Lemmy approved. Mikkey Dee said when Lemmy hired him he told him if he ever caught him doing drugs he'd be fired. Alcohol was fine but no drugs.
