Everything is so shitty that everything is a distraction from everything else. Flooding the zone etc.
In what sense is it a psyop, though? Those scientists really were targeted for some reason or another. The fact that their specialties can all be tied to extraterrestrial life, while compelling, isn't enough to convince me that it's related to aliens for sure. So that part may be a spin they're using to manipulate us into thinking we know more than we do.
