“Contractors curious about an extension cord on the roof of a Michigan grocery store made a startling discovery: A 34-year-old woman was living inside the business sign, with enough space for a computer, printer and coffee maker, police said.”

Roofs are a good place for homeless people to live. If I were ever homeless I would probably find a few roofs and set up shop there. Either houses or businesses, where you can climb up easily and not be seen from below. Could set up a tent there. Living over a grocery store would be a great setup because you could dumpster dive for food, even talk to the workers to get them to leave you out some food they were going to throw away.
