I went without from September 1 to thanksgiving like four years ago because I was worried I was fucking up my liver. Then I took a blood test and scores were back to “acceptable” so that was that. This time I’m also worried about my glucose which has been slowly creeping up on me. Hyperglycemia runs in my family and I don’t want to open that can of worms if I can help it. |

Fast foward, Ive had maybe 4 beers this entire summer.
No "quitting regimen" or anything. I just cannot handle the lost sleep anymore. If I were to drink and pass out, Id be wrecked for DAYS. Not even remotely attractive.
I just megaconsume nicotine
honestly, just get older and alcohol takes care of itself for most people |
