was the fire just blowing down along the beach side? I'm seeing pics of insane malibu beach homes burned down while the foliage across the highway is untouched WTF.
Also have these idiots ever heard of buckets? These houses are ON the water.

This story reminds me of the NYC subway lady where she just burst into flames that couldn't be put out.
When you go camping, its actually hard to start a fire sometimes. Sometimes i spray the wood with bug spray, put fire starters under it, etc - and the logs still won't really ignite.
Yet apparently these modern houses, some of which are built with concrete (?) just turn to ash because an ember lands on the asphalt roof?
