Date: July 2nd, 2009 7:19 PM Author: snowy locale i'm not gloating, i'm asking if, relative to all the other subjects, conlaw actually is a joke--something you need to skim only as far as multiple choice questions are concerned. i've posted nothing on torts/property/etc b/c those are legitimately hard subjects for which you have to outline, memorize, etc.
