Can I Get BigLaw if 2L OCI Doesn't Work Out?

just not getting an offer=not credited reason. 3L hiring does go on, its just REALLY tough. at lower T14 it was tough EVEN if you already had a position at another firm from 2l summer. |

but in a weird way, I actually think ITE will help u get biglaw eventually.
normally if u do not get biglaw 2L summer u r pretty much shut out since firms want biglaw experience. but 5 years from now firms might be sympathetic to people who got pwn3d ITE, or they may have a new model entirely. Also, less people are getting biglaw now, so when the economy picks up the big firms won't be able to fills their rosters with people with biglaw experience, they will have to look outside those groups for people.
that's just my opinion anyways. |

If they need experience then they'll just get laterals, but I DOUBT they will go scouring Monster.com for any available attorney. |
