Solid B student (that is, bottom 30% at my T14)

P/Fing SecReg. For some reason, haven't been able to bring myself to read for or attend class since week 3. Attended lecture today and had no fucking clue what the hell was going on.

Would like to pass (C or above).

What are some credited supplements that will help me scrape by?

Also, worth reading and keeping up with class at this point given that i have so little fundamental basis?

I mean I think I'll keep going to class out of guilt and shame, but would it be better to just skim the readings and instead start examprep through outlines/supps/review materials?

I used the E&E and found it pretty helpful. Does a good job separating the causes of action to keep them straight.

Shit man, I'm in same boat. Have even been attending classes but not really reading, and now people around me are just pulling rules out of their asses and I have no idea what the fuck they're talking about. I'm less worried about the theories of liability stuff (seems like old-hat) and more about all the registration and filing rules, exemptions, etc.

I always feel a little like than and still pull A's. But in this class I'm completely lost.
