None of them actually add anything of value. If Uber went bankrupt tomorrow we'd have a replacement w/in a few weeks. The only reason Uber is "worth" $71B is because they were the first mover and they slashed and burned their way to the top. They've broken countless laws and regs, screwed over drivers and riders (not to mention their own employees), and their valuation is ultimately hinged upon them figuring out autonomous vehicles.
It doesn't help that Kalanick is a Ayn Rand devotee.
Fuck them.
