As long as they have active nukes, and we have every reason to believe that they do. They dont need ballistic missiles or any of that shit. They could get some little boats and go in illegal immigrant style. Nukes aren't that big.
Set off some nukes off the coast of San Fran, and if they have more little boats and more nukes, they could get a good section of the west coast while they're at it. We are not actually prepared for any sort of a real attack on our soil. Our official defense is "no one would dare so we won't worry about it".

Like reverse-bluff sorta, just let him walk into your 4 aces thinking you have 2,5 offsuit.
Maybe throw in a couple dumb bluffs of your own early in the game, sacrificing some chips early to create the illusion of not being a nit. |
