Are the agencies just super inept, is Trump et al just extremely skilled at hiding their tracks, or is this all just a means to harm the administration politically? It's one thing to investigate and follow evidence to go up the chain and get big fish while monitoring a criminal organization, and quite another to allow a totally compromised president to run the country. These aren't normal circumstances where protocol must be followed, this is 9/11 and hijacked planes are heading towards DC, scramble the jets and deal with the red tape after type of shit.
