2) whether Cohen is telling the truth or not, the litigation will require discovery into his activities with the Trump campaign and he doesn't want that information disclosed (embarrassing info or maybe evidence that will bolster prosecution's case).
3) Cohen might not be telling the truth.
The lawsuit was always a stupid publicity stunt. He never had a chance. |
