There's a putative circuit split that may matter for purposes of the evidentiary argument we're going to make. Let's parallel track this--have one team take the research and then feed it to the briefing team so we can expedite the execution. See what you can do in a few hours and then let's do an all-hands at 3 pm to check in. This one matters because excluding is going to have a material effect so the client is paying close attention.
