i don't really presume to know. there are too many variables to make an estimation that has any kind of real guarantee attached to it

we're definitely in a period of decline, but where at in the process or how long we have until there's a major change of some sort is anyone's guess. i can pick at individual trends and little bits and pieces, but the overarching flow of the game is too chaotic to actually pin down into something concrete

wish i had a more comforting answer for you, friend, but there really isn't anything positive i can say about the general direction we're heading in. the odds of weimar turning into nazi germany were relatively slim when you really look at the turning points in social trends there, but that's what it became. it seems like the progressives will hold on to the State apparatus for another couple of decades, but the importance that power might have could be lessened depending on what happens on a local level, nation-wide
