Date: March 18th, 2020 1:05 AM Author: Idiotic hell think about it - they hate trump and dont want him reelected since he was the only guy who made China a pressing issue and was trying to confront it. they also know that western countries are completely unequipped to deal with pandemics due to democracy, personal freedom/rights, ppl unwilling to make sacrifices, lack of mass surveillance, federalism etc. in contrast china/NK etc is extremely well equipped to handle such epidemics due to being authoritarian regimes with well organized security/surveillance apparatus and they also have experience from SARS. they can lock down provinces, track ppl, forcibly remove suspected cases, do whatever the fuck they want. on top of that our economy is so much more vulnerable due to the gig jobs, lack of savings, aging population and personal debt. so this kind of pandemic will destroy our economy, defeat trump while they can try to fill the vacuum with a functioning economy and overtake US as global power
if at all its a deliberately released bioweapon its more likely that china unleashed it than US. china will be beyond suspicion due to taking the hit first. a bat coronavirus that originated in US or Canada will raise lot of red flags. but if it came from china ppl will assume its due to nature and will never ever suspect china
ofcourse it being a deliberately released bio weapon is extremely unlikely (<1%) and it did probably come from a bat but considering how unprepared and unequipped we are i am beginning to think that if at all its a bioweapon then its a chinese bioweapon. < 5K deaths costs nothing to China to destroy US and become the new global super power. much much less devastating than a war for sure both from human life and infrastructure POV |

Strictly hypothetical but perhaps it could have been in response to the sanctions? We know what lengths the Boomer leadership in the Party will go to maintain not just control, but *their* control. We do know that the latest round of sanctions was causing their fraudulent financial system to implode---I suppose it could stand to follow that this was perhaps a sneaky way of forcing us back to the negotiating table |

think of chinese response. nothing until ppl had traveled out to all over the world for chinese new year and then immediate clamp down of the entire province. its like shutting the barn after the horse fled
why didnt they shut it down earlier? second how did they know to immediately go to the strictest most drastic quarantine. everything was fine in wuhan and next day day they announced complete quarantine of hubei. if they didn't know about the nature of this virus it would have been incremental |
