But there was testimony that the restraints, being placed on your stomach, etc. can exacerbate the asphyxia from drugs. So the causal question is whether the cops actions are what put Floyd over the top and led to death. |

That's way failure to meet a duty to render aid charge would be easier to prove.
Thus far, I have a hard time seeing how they could prove beyond a reasonable doubt that anything physical the cops did actually caused Floyd's death, even if it caused an unreasonable risk. |
