Soo CR local chef Norbert Niederkofler’s restaurant St. Hubertus earned stars one and two churning out traditional fine French fare, but when he sought elusive star #3, he knew it was time to COMMAND RESPECT and turn to local ingredients. With his taste the mountain program, he has gone back to his roots and made sure to not only GROW it BIG, but most importantly to SHOW it BIG. Diners lucky enough to secure a SPLASHZONE table in the intimate dining room are absolutely SOAKED with ROPES of flavor as training twinks bring out course after course of GURTHY MUSCLECUISINE. Sadly, as the Rosa Alpina hotel closes it doors this Sunday for an 18 month reno before stripping off the posers of their current Aman partner hotel status and emerging as a MEGAWEIGHT FULL FLEDGED Aman, the restaurant will be closed for good. Surely a Mr. Alpha chef candidate like Norbert will soon be DOUSING his HUNGRY fans at a new location soon. |

Yes, I have worked my whole life and saved money where I could. I have been called miser and ostracized by my parents. My mom is poor though and literally lives in 60-year old house in “Little Mexico”where all of the women on her street have had cancer (neighborhood was built on land that was repurposed from oilfield open tar pits that were in use ~90-100 years ago). My siblings are dead so no pressure from them. I have my family (wife + 4 small children). Really hoping to sell my disaster of a shitbox house and move my family to a better town so that they can at least go to a halfway decent school and maybe have a shot that I never had growing up. I want my kids to do well and have each other so badly because I don’t have siblings to share my life with anymore and I think it has left a hole. |
