I've never been in a situation where I've actually had to decide whether to strike a lawyer or not.
The most common answer I've heard is that the remainder of the jury will just defer to whatever the lawyer says. But, a, I'm not sure that's true and, b, if it is true than it's probably true in every case and they're just as likely to latch on to what some vocal plumber or confident HR lady says and go with her. |
