I have over $1 MILLION now in Bond Funds getting 5%+ now

I estimate I shld get abt 53-54k a year in interest, I only need 33.5k to live nicely in Asia.
Sure if market goes up I will miss out but this feels pretty nice. First time in life really I know my investment income is 100% going to cover me easily.
I will keep it like this until market tanks 20% then ill start buying back in. And maybe from buying calls/puts I can make 3-6k a month addition, then its veddy good. I cld possibly net 100k a year investment income with no real downside. 1800000000 |
