Then I took a blood test and scores were back to “acceptable” so that was that. This time I’m also worried about my glucose which has been slowly creeping up on me. Hyperglycemia runs in my family and I don’t want to open that can of worms if I can help it. |

I used to get really anxious if I did not have a full bottle of whiskey nearby. I wouldnt always finish a bottle, but Id need a new full one on hand or Id get really on edge.
Fast foward, Ive had maybe 4 beers this entire summer.
No "quitting regimen" or anything. I just cannot handle the lost sleep anymore. If I were to drink and pass out, Id be wrecked for DAYS. Not even remotely attractive.
I just megaconsume nicotine
honestly, just get older and alcohol takes care of itself for most people |
