The problem comes when Palestinians who have been victimized and dehumanized by Israel are forced to condemn Hamas as a precondition to having a discussion about Israel - Palestinian relations.

It's also just an unfair starting point for a debate. Why should a Palestinian be forced to condemn Hamas when Israelis, Jews, Israel supporters are never forced to condemn Israel's far worse actions? No one says, you must denounce zionism in order to discuss this issue. |
